Delivery & Shipping Policy

Welcome to YALA Kombucha! We're committed to delivering fresh, premium kombucha straight from our brewery to your doorstep. Whether you're ordering for your home, office, or a special event, we want to ensure a smooth and timely delivery experience.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across the United Arab Emirates, with a primary focus on Abu Dhabi and Dubai. We also deliver less frequently to other Emirates. Delivery outside these areas may be arranged on request—please contact us directly to discuss options.

Delivery Timings

  • Abu Dhabi: Same-day or next-day delivery (order cut-off is 12 PM).
  • Dubai & other emirates: 1–3 working days depending on the delivery schedule.
  • Event Orders & Custom Requests: Please allow 3–5 days for processing and coordination.

We do not deliver on public holidays. For special events or large quantities, we recommend placing your order in advance to secure availability.

Shipping Options

We offer:

  • Local delivery by the YALA team (cold chain maintained for freshness)
  • Pick-up option at our Mina Port Kombucha Bar or ICAD1 Production Facility (on request)

Shipping Fees

  • Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and other Emirates: Free for orders over AED 200
  • Custom event or bulk orders: Charges may vary based on volume and distance.

Packaging

All orders are carefully packed in eco-conscious boxes or with cooling packs (where needed) to maintain freshness. Our bottles and cans are securely cushioned to avoid breakage or spillage during transport.

Tracking & Updates

Once your order is processed, you’ll receive:

  • Confirmation of delivery date and time
  • Live update (if delivered by our internal fleet)
  • Contact information for your assigned driver or delivery team

If you need to reschedule your delivery or make any last-minute changes, please contact us at least 3 hours in advance.

Force Majeure

While we strive to fulfill every order on time and with care, YALA Kombucha shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, strikes, government restrictions, road closures, accidents, or supply chain disruptions. In such cases, we will make every reasonable effort to notify you and arrange for delivery at the next possible opportunity.
